Yes, you can book the same cleaner please mention on the notes when booking.

All cleaners are background checked. Getfixly interviews each cleaner in person and gives training, our team checks if they have the right to work and basic criminal records.

There is no minimum contract, you can book minimum 2 hours, you can book one-off, weekly, fortnightly and monthly.

After completion of service, you will receive an email asking for your feedback.

Regular home cleaning service, your cleaner will be able to provide the following extra services:

Inside oven
Ironing
Inside Fridge

Currently, you can only tip cash after your cleaning is done, if you wish

If you wish to choose please mention it on the note while making the booking.

Some cleaners may be allergic to certain pets. Please do make sure to tick if you have any pet.

Yes, you can choose, when booking there is an option to choose but we can not guarantee that you will get your preferred language, we will try our best to match the cleaner and your booking time.

At the moment we only do domestic cleaning, soon we will be adding deep cleaning, end of tenancy and more.

Domestic cleaning is general cleaning, this includes wipe all surfaces, including bathrooms, hover and mop.

Deep cleaning is detailed cleaner attention to details. Includes inside cupboards, warnbrobes, walls, remove limescale.

In domestic cleaning, we don't provide hover and mop. We can bring cloths sprays sponge if requested.
